King Felipe VI of Spain arrived in the Valencia region, which was hit by unprecedented floods that left more than 200 people dead and many missing.

Slogans of “murderer” were directed at him, with one young man asking why he hadn’t arrived earlier and saying nothing had been done to avoid the tragedy.
The king’s reply was inaudible.
