The letter said the company conducted 39 interviews with current and former MrBeast employees and reviewed more than 4.5 million documents collected from cell phones, emails and various messaging platforms.
“Allegations of sexual misconduct between company employees and minors are unfounded. These allegations are roundly rejected, including by the alleged victim,” it said.
It added that allegations that the company knowingly employed “individuals with a propensity or history of unlawful… conduct” were “equally unfounded.”
The letter stated that “a number of isolated incidents of workplace harassment and inappropriate conduct were identified” and that the company took “quick and appropriate action” after being made aware of the instances.
After the letter was published, victims of Tyson’s behavior again said the claims were “completely false.”
“People have made very serious accusations and claims using my name but have never spoken to me,” they said.
“It’s very difficult to have my name in a public forum without the opportunity to share the truth.
“Private investigators reviewed all my [direct messages] And interactions with Chris.
“I was not embellished. These were false accusations made up by others with my name thrown into them.”
In response to the initial accusations in July, Tyson apologized for her “unacceptable social media posts, past behavior and those who may have felt betrayed by my past behavior online” but added: “I have never Didn’t educate anyone”.
