Nick Knowles has withdrawn from this week’s Strictly Come Dancing due to injury.
The DIY SOS host and his partner Luba Mushtuk will not be performing on Saturday night’s Film Week show.
The two were originally scheduled to perform “Charleston” to “Rain on the Roof” from the movie “Paddington 2”.
a post on Strictly’s Instagram page said Knowles, 62, was injured during rehearsals and will not dance this weekend.
“According to the rules of the competition, Nick and Luba will say goodbye next week, when he is expected to dance again.
“Everyone at Strictly Come Dancing wishes Nick a speedy recovery.”
No further details about the injury have been released.
Two days after the series’ first live show, Knowles revealed he injured his arm and shoulder while changing a tire but was medically cleared to perform last weekend.
He told Strictly spin-off show It Takes Two that he suffered the “painful” injury on the way to a house party to celebrate his birthday on September 22 and now has to wear a sling.
