Just One Thing, the podcast hosted by the late Dr Michael Mosley, has been inducted into the British Podcast Awards Hall of Fame.

Accepting the award at a ceremony in London hosted by comedian Marcus Bristow, Dr Bailey Mosley said: “What I wish most was that Michael himself could be here to receive this award.
“Michael knew that Just One Thing really connected with people, and he loved the simplicity of the format and being able to genuinely help people. The outpouring of love from my family and I over the past three months has shown us that it’s not just It’s their favorite podcast, and it’s Michael.
“He spent a lot of happy hours in our cupboard working on Just One Thing. My role was to provide coffee and sound effects.”
She ended with a touching reminder: “Life may be shorter than you think, so if you do one thing today, hug someone you love, tell them they are loved, and never take time for granted. “
